My background in Psychology centers my design on the human beings on the other side of the screen: their goals, their capabilities, their context, and their problems. User insights are crucial to a successful feature.

I am also an efficiency nerd, I’m always looking at what works and doesn’t work in the world around me. I love creating and improving reliable systems for myself, my teams, and my users. Sometimes this means changing what exists already and pulling inspiration from unexpected places.
