As the team's Figma expert, I drive design efficiency through regular workshops and training. I have implemented comprehensive file and project management strategies to enhance collaboration, while also developing shared libraries and resources used by designers across the wider Alexa organization.

Drawing on over a decade of experience, I lead customized ideation initiatives ranging from week-long Design Sprints to tailored workshops. My sessions focus on generating actionable strategies that drive immediate project progression, directly resulting in the launch of numerous successful user-facing features.

Prototyping

I combine expert proficiency in prototyping tools with Gen AI 'vibe coding' to rapidly validate and visualize concepts. I center my leadership presentations around these interactive demos, moving beyond static mocks to ensure stakeholders experience the product exactly as users will.
